Pour cela nous nous conseillons de faire \u00e9tablir, par un m\u00e9decin f\u00e9d\u00e9ral (voir la liste des m\u00e9decins f\u00e9d\u00e9raux du d\u00e9partement <a href=\"http:\/\/www.codep87.fr\/h2o\/index.php?option=com_content&amp;view=article&amp;id=1&amp;Itemid=176\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>ici<\/strong><\/a>) ou un m\u00e9decin du sport,\u00a0 le certificat en <strong>double exemplaire\u00a0 <\/strong>(un pour pour le CSL, un que vous conservez pour les sorties plong\u00e9es ). Le <strong>certificat m\u00e9dical type de la FFESSM<\/strong> est\u00a0 <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/clubsublimoges.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/CACI_V_05_2018.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">t\u00e9l\u00e9chargeable ici<\/a><\/strong> mais un autre format de certificat de non contre-indication est valable.<\/li>\n<li>Pour les enfants mineurs une autorisation parentale <a href=\"https:\/\/clubsublimoges.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/CSL-autorisation-parentale-2020-2021.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>t\u00e9l\u00e9chargeable ici<\/strong><\/a> est n\u00e9cessaire<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Nous vous rappelons que la licence FFESSM est valable du <strong>15 septembre 2020 au 31 D\u00e9cembre 2021<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Pour les nouveaux pratiquants, la licence doit \u00eatre prise d\u00e8s le d\u00e9but de la saison (2\u00e8me s\u00e9ance de piscine) afin de pouvoir pratiquer dans le cadre du CSL .<\/p>\n<p>Pour les anciens licenci\u00e9s, il est conseill\u00e9 de la renouveler <strong>sans attendre<\/strong> les derniers jours de 2019, notamment pour pouvoir prendre part au vote lors de l&rsquo;assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale en D\u00e9cembre 2020, AG \u00e9lective o\u00f9 sera \u00e9lu le prochain Comit\u00e9 Directeur pour l&rsquo;olympiade 2021-2024.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Vous trouverez ci-dessous les divers documents n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 votre inscription pour la saison 2020-2021: Le bulletin d\u2019adh\u00e9sion 2020-2021 avec les tarifs de l\u2019adh\u00e9sion et des assurances compl\u00e9mentaires.
