Pour cela nous nous conseillons de faire \u00e9tablir, par un m\u00e9decin f\u00e9d\u00e9ral ou un m\u00e9decin du sport,\u00a0 le certificat en <strong>double exemplaire\u00a0 <\/strong>(un pour pour le CSL, un que vous conservez pour les sorties plong\u00e9es ).
