{"id":1700,"date":"2013-06-03T08:44:24","date_gmt":"2013-06-03T07:44:24","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/clubsublimoges.fr\/?p=1700"},"modified":"2013-06-03T09:12:56","modified_gmt":"2013-06-03T08:12:56","slug":"30-mai-2013-le-csl-au-championnat-unss","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/clubsublimoges.fr\/?p=1700","title":{"rendered":"30 Mai 2013 : Le CSL au championnat UNSS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Du 29 au 31 Mai 2013 se sont d\u00e9roul\u00e9s \u00e0 LIMOGES les championnats de France UNSS des Coll\u00e8ges de Water Polo et Natation (<a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.crdp-limousin.fr\/unss-natation-limoges-2013\/\">voir le site<\/a>) .<\/p>\n<p>Trois valeureux plongeurs\u00a0 du CSL\u00a0 ont particip\u00e9 au bon d\u00e9roulement des \u00e9preuves de sauvetage qui se sont d\u00e9roul\u00e9es le Jeudi matin 30 Mai dans le bassin ext\u00e9rieur de Beaublanc.\u00a0 36 s\u00e9ries ont eu lieu avec pour chacune un nageur\/sauveteur dans chacune des 8 lignes d&rsquo;eaux (soit 288 coll\u00e9giens en comp\u00e9tition dans cette discipline). Le r\u00f4le de nos trois plongeurs \u00e9tait d&rsquo;assurer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 mais surtout d&rsquo;assurer le re positionnement du mannequin en fond de bassin \u00e0 15m du bord \u00e0 la fin de chaque s\u00e9rie pour les comp\u00e9titeurs de la s\u00e9rie suivante.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00eame si la temp\u00e9rature de l&rsquo;eau (24\u00b0) \u00e9tait nettement plus douce que la temp\u00e9rature ext\u00e9rieure (10 \u00e0 12\u00b0 dans le crachin et la pluie), le shorty \u00e9tait indispensable&#8230;..et une boisson chaude \u00e9tait la bienvenue \u00e0 la sortie du bassin.
